Discount Partners

Numark Discount Partners is a B2B member benefit platform connecting over 6,100 Numark pharmacies with approved suppliers offering discounted products and services. The project involved creating a new brand identity and core marketing materials to support the launch and ongoing promotion of the proposition across the national membership base.

Challenge

Discount Partners was a new initiative with no existing brand presence or marketing framework. The challenge was to communicate a complex, value-led proposition in a way that felt engaging, credible, and easy to understand, while remaining aligned with the wider Numark brand. The system also needed to support frequent changes in suppliers and offers and scale nationally across a large B2B audience.

Role

As Senior Graphic Designer, I owned the visual direction and design system for the brand. Working closely with the discounts team, I led the creative process from concept to rollout, developing the logo, colour palette, typography, and core visual language. I also designed a templated supplier brochure and supporting assets to support national implementation.

Approach

The design focused on making a traditionally functional proposition feel modern, accessible, and eye-catching without losing trust or clarity. Bold typography was used as both a navigational tool and a repeating graphic motif to create visual impact and structure. The system was built as a modular framework, allowing suppliers and offers to be easily added or removed without constant redesign.

Outcome

The brand was rolled out nationally to over 6,100 members, helping position Discount Partners as a clear, valuable benefit within the Numark ecosystem. Membership has grown significantly since launch, and the work received strong internal feedback for turning a limited brief into a clear, confident brand direction that stakeholders could immediately support.
